You can use LNM menu -> "Tools" -> "Files and Directories" -> "Open Log File". This opens the log file in a text editor. Maybe attach the configuration file too. I tried to send email vial your mentioned link - which I know from the support site ... but while I have only Outlook 2016 still running on my PC, I cannot use that link to generate the email...So if you can provide the email address in plaint test, would be highly appreciated ... (my email is :: [email protected]) Further I think I need to be a bit more specific on my issue: - the text sizes that can be modified in Tools/Options ... are applied as I wanted them - size and ckground - ISSUE is the text size in the windows menus and the text in the popup's - tose are very tiny and me personally can hardly read them - For the general "Explorer" windows I have modified the text, size and font via the related registry entries. I assume your Windows setting and menu items are accessing those entries ? .. but the initial issue with the crash remains .. Thanks and best regards

November 5, 20223 yr The email link on the contact page uses a bit of Javascript to avoid spam address harvesters. You have to click on it which will normally open the email program.
