Can the choice of language version be important ?

When getting Win 11 could it matter if I select my native language version ? What I mean I think a long while ago it was stated that FsCrew required an english version for the voice recognition to work.

I use several titles tat uses voice recognition like VoiceAttack Pilot2ATC. Can a non english version of Win 11 give me problems with them ?
