Carribean Landing Mission won't start

For some reason, the Carribean Landing mission won't initialize on my setup. The mission loads and I can fly normally, but the voice, ATC, mission pointer, etc. are all missing. Anybody else experiencing this? All of the other missions seem to be working fine. I'm using SP1 (don't think I ever tried this mission on the the RTM version... so don't know if that's a factor). Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
