November 16, 20223 yr I downloaded the full set of google maps and pointed LNM to that folder but those have a black background. Other maps don't. I used to have the VFR sectionals but must have deleted them. How to restore? Running the latest beta. Using LNM with MSFS 2020 and currently the PMDG 737-700 on Windows PC
November 16, 20223 yr Author I unzipped the map file mentioned in the OP, copied and overwrote the data folder under my LNM installation. I see the sectionals etc but when I launch the latest beta it doesn't show them. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1X4brVGds1_TM76M5btzP6J6bkLeWsr1M/view?usp=share_link Using LNM with MSFS 2020 and currently the PMDG 737-700 on Windows PC
November 17, 20223 yr 2.8.1.beta can use the same maps. Can you explain or show a screenshot where you installed the maps? Alex Alex' Projects: Little Navmap
November 17, 20223 yr There are two nested data folders. It should look like this: Alex' Projects: Little Navmap
November 17, 20223 yr Author I don't have that file path handy at the moment but in LNM I went and manually pointed the application at the folder with the downloaded google maps ( A10all). LNM now shows that as a valid/recognized location. Edited November 17, 20223 yr by Burnhaven Using LNM with MSFS 2020 and currently the PMDG 737-700 on Windows PC

LNM now shows that as a valid/recognized location. You're confusing the GLOBE elevation data (A10ALL) with the Google map installation. These are totally different things. Here is about the offline GLOBE elevation data installation: https://www.littlenavmap.org/manuals/littlenavmap/release/2.6/en/OPTIONS.html#install-globe-elevation-data Refer to the included readme about maps installation. Your screenshot came over perfect and showed me that the installation is not correct because I see two nested folders "data". Best is to delete the LNM installation (settings are safe and stored in another place) and reinstall. Alex BTW: Please do not cross-post in multiple threads . Alex' Projects: Little Navmap
November 17, 20223 yr Author Reinstalled beta 2.8.1 Downloaded globe data, open flight maps and google maps. Only open flight maps show up to be accessed but they have a black background. I don't see the google maps in the drop down after clearing cache and restarting LNM Edited November 17, 20223 yr by Burnhaven Using LNM with MSFS 2020 and currently the PMDG 737-700 on Windows PC

Do not create a sub-folder GOOGLEMAPS. Look at the my screenshot above for the correct folder structure. The OpenFlightMaps often cause issues.
