JustFlight Arrow III and Honeycomb Throttle Autopilot

Hello,

I have both honeycomb throttle with autopilot, and the realsimgear GFC500 autopilot. With either/or both connected, and the Dual G5 (through air manager), I am trying to get VS to increase altitude and then capture the set altitude and then altitude hold. I could have sworn this worked before the update, but when I try to put VS to +400 for example, and set altitude to 2500 feet, it just blows right past it and im not entirely sure why. Again could have sworn that VS turned off when reaching ALT but now it does not. This is on the JustFlight Arrow III. Thanks!
