I have a Microsoft Store install into a custom location.  My profiles are in files stored in a subfolder of this:

C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.FlightSimulator_8wekyb3d8bbwe\SystemAppData\wgs\

The subfolder has a long coded name.  The sub folder name for my installation is:  "000901FDE8E88D49_00000000000000000000000069F80140\"

There are quite a number of files in that folder. The first three in mine when sorted by timestamp are quite large and are not specific profiles.  The remainder appear to be.  If you open them with Notepad++ they will look like the one I have posted below in the Spoiler window.

I keep a backup of all of the files in the subfolder.
