November 21, 20223 yr I have used X-Plane 11 for nearly 2 years. Today, when I tried to load it, I got a pop-up demand to load my product key The pop-up only had four boxes for key entry, which has six character groups. Trying to paste my key in therefore doesn't work. Has anyone else had this problem? I found aline in the log.txt file as follows: 0:00:01.145 W/DRM: Warning: the user's product key is on disk but cannot be decoded. It is either from another computer or the DRM system is not working. Odd,because my version is from a digital download, NOT from a disk. I have sent a support request and bug report to X-Plane as well, but any help would be appreciated. roadrabbit PS: Impatience has got the better of me - I am doing a complete clean re-install!
