November 23, 20223 yr Good afternoon, Has anyone had any problems getting a reply from Imaginesim? I need two installers reset and as their operations center no longer has FS9 as an option, I have to email to get my installers reset. I emailed about one installer and got a reply a few days later after chasing them up and this was done without a problem. I now need another two installers reset and despite having emailed them 4 times at least since last Friday, I have not had a single reply back from them! I don't know why they are not replying to my emails, I am a long standing customer of theirs having purchased 6 sceneries over many years and to me, this is not very good customer service. It puts me off buying from them in the future if I'm having this much trouble just trying to get a response. Kind regards Gavin Moss
