Active Pause disrupts A&O functionality

Featured Replies

Hi,

When I hit the Active Pause (it does not make any difference if through keyboard command or an associated button on the yoke) everything still works fine (in the pause). If I go out of the pause (back to the normal flight) my configuration of the yoke stops working (Turtle Beach VelocityOne). I cannot recover from this state. I need to exit Flight Simulator and start again to be able to fly again. Funny thing is, inside the Active Pause the yoke works as expected (also when exiting and entering Active Pause multiple times).

So, in short words, to reproduce:

  1. Start flight.
  2. Press Active Pause to enter active pause mode (everything still works).
  3. Press Active Pause again, the yoke stops working until I exit MSFS.

My specs:

  • Windows 10
  • MSFS 2020
  • A&O 2.70 b37
  • Turtle Beach VelocityOne Yoke

Any help is appreciated.

Regards,

Vince

That is a known problem with SimConnect clients in MSFS SU11. Nothing you can do.

It has already been fixed in the beta version of MSFS, at least in 1.29.30.0 nothing bad happens after using Active Pause. But my yoke doesn't work while the pause is active.
