Idea for an Airport Search Engine

I would love it if someone would make a database for FSX airports that would allow you to enter several different criteria about the terrain, runway length, continent/region, and other factors, (i.e. must be in British Columbia, in a valley near a river/lake, with a runway of less than 1500ft) and then the program would tell you all of the airports that met those criteria. I would be willing to pay up to $35 for a program like this. I know flight sim has the type of airports I want, I just don't know where they are or how to find them.
