Black Square King Air Livery Conversion -Asobo Registration

Hello, I've been playing around with converting some King Air liveries for use with the Blacksquare King Air.  While I've been successful in getting two of them converted, I can't seem to get rid of the default Asobo registration.  I went into the aircraft.cfg file and removed the registration anywhere I could find it...I'm guessing there's something else I need to change in that file but I'm not sure what it is.

Any advice?

It's quite a paint actually.  You need to have an exact null character spacing with quotes in the aircraft.cfg.  If it's not correct the sim will CTD.

Once you do this you will lose the interior callsign placard though.  I don't mind as I prefer the realistic hand drawn registrations.

And just select the aircraft that is titled 2_C172_N172KM then inside there a lot of variations, select this one:  C172_Classic_N172KM

In the aircraft.cfg you need this exact line verbatim:

atc_id = "  " ; tail number

Copy it from that file, not from this post.... I've found it won't copy spaces and null characters correctly.
