MSFS CTD´s

Featured Replies

Hi,

I still have CTD's in MSFS.. no matter what I try.

First since SU10 was the problem with Overheat GPU Error.

Have tried many tips like, disable HAGS, install drivers via DDU.

Everything done... Made a flight to GCLA yesterday and shortly before landing again CTD without error message...

MSFS was simply gone, the event viewer only says that MSFS.exe had to be terminated.

I find CTD's without an error message much worse than this GPU overheat... At least you get an info..

It's really amazing what MSFS is getting on my nerves.

My P3D installation is currently running at 1200 hours without CTD.

I've been dealing with the GPU Overheat Error for weeks... and then yesterday I got a CTD with no error message.

It's not because of the scenery, I don't think... Because I took off from this airport a few days before

Now I'm considering deleting and completely reinstalling MSFS

Hi there,

based on the information you provided, I'd say the GPU overheat is the cause for your CTD's. If all your fans and fan speeds are working correctly, try to bring down GPU intensive graphic settings. Have a look here:

Good luck
