Hi,

I do have a valid license.

From Flight 1, I have the following product, RealityXP - RealityXP Garmin GNS 530 (XPlane). I have a valid order number and certificate. 

However, I don't know how to make it work again. I did have this working over a year ago, when I last used it. Probably and upgrade issue but now I get the following.

"RXP Invalid License contact vendor"

I did attempt to go through the reactivation process. I received an email from FLight 1 saying the following:

To complete the key reactivation process for order number "hidden", make
sure you are connected to the Internet, and then click on the link below.
You will see a confirmation screen once your key has been reactivated.

I activated the link but that did not work either.

 

Please let me know how to proceed.
