Hi guys, Aerosoft service support sent me here. Recently bought your software and tried installing it on my computer. I had to upgrade the computer and installed windows several times in order to run smoothly Microsfot Flight Simulator X and 737 NGX. The problem is I started getting the following error: "The Activation fo the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because max extra activations exceeded. Incident # 7355-825218" I am very passionate about flying, and I invested a lot of money in the simulator and software; I regret that I cannot use this software, which is one of the best and most complex. Can you please look into this situation, provide me with a new key or tell me what should I do? My current invalid Key is: EDITED OUT. Please let me know if you need any other information from me. Hi, I do have a valid license. From Flight 1, I have the following product, RealityXP - RealityXP Garmin GNS 530 (XPlane). I have a valid order number and certificate. However, I don't know how to make it work again. I did have this working over a year ago, when I last used it. Probably and upgrade issue but now I get the following. "RXP Invalid License contact vendor" I did attempt to go through the reactivation process. I received an email from FLight 1 saying the following: To complete the key reactivation process for order number "hidden", makesure you are connected to the Internet, and then click on the link below.You will see a confirmation screen once your key has been reactivated. I activated the link but that did not work either. Please let me know how to proceed. Thank You Tom Cipollone

I reinstalled the GTN 750 into X-Plane 11.11 on a freshly built Windows 10 system, but into an existing X-Plane installation on a data disk. When I try to use it with the JRollon Jetstream J32 either it shows a blank unresponsive screen, or if it does come up it states 'Invalid License - Contact Vendor'. I guess I am contacting the vendor by this post. What is going on? Worked very nicely until the complete reinstall.

Hi, I reinstalled FSX completely no longer following a corrupted file FSX, I had already bought the PMDG 777 which works fine him, but then I bought the PMDG 737 base pack, when launching FSX, and I select the 737, an error message appears "initialization of license failed" I can not write my license key and the plane does not. I have already tried to uninstall all the PMDG products, then deleting PMDG in %appadata% and % Programdata%, clean the registry. Despite this problem persists, help me please, I bought this $ 69.99 sad that he does not.

I just purchased the PMDG 777 today and sure enough when I loaded it on to fsx, it said: "Installation of licence library failed." and when I start the aircraft , the gear does not work and niether does anything in the Virtual Cookpit. Now before people tell me that ive pirated it, I just BOUGHT it today, and got my confirmation email too. So there should be know way, that could be an issue. Please help me out, ive been getting really frustrated trying to figure this out. Please if you know anything, please reply, I want to get to flying this great FSX addon! Now I've tried: 1. Restarting my computer 2. Deleting everything relating to PMDG on my computer 3. Redownloading the file

Hi hope some one can help I think I may be a little thick , my V.A FMC has worked faultlessly until a few days ago , now when I try to connect to FSX it tells me that it cannot validate the license , HELP please many thanks to all lonewolf45
