Aerosoft service support sent me here.

 

Recently bought your software and tried installing it on my computer. I had to upgrade the computer and installed windows several times in order to run smoothly Microsfot Flight Simulator X and 737 NGX. The problem is I started getting the following error:

 

"The Activation fo the fulfillment is denied by the activation policy because max extra activations exceeded. Incident # 7355-825218"

 

I am very passionate about flying, and I invested a lot of money in the simulator and software; I regret that I cannot use this software, which is one of the best and most complex.

 

Can you please look into this situation, provide me with a new key or tell me what should I do? My current invalid Key is: EDITED OUT. Please let me know if you need any other information from me.

Mate you have come into the forums , this is not PMDG only the forums Where you need to go is PMDG offical site just google it ( i dontknow how to link it sorry ) and i would delete this post if i were you eg the prod code

You installed the software too many times and used up your allotted installations. Please submit a ticket @ http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/Default.aspx . The guys there are great. I'm sure they'll be able to help you.

 

And yeah, you may want to remove/edit your post to remove the product key.

Thanks for editing out the product key. I submitted a ticket and I am waiting anxiously for a response.
