January 6, 20233 yr I have used wama for years on p3dv4 and was happy to see it updated for msfs 2020. I use it primarily for gate reservations on arrival. I tried scanning for gates, it's completed instantly and no gates are in the database. Am I doing something wrong? MSFS is on it's own ssd drive, could that be it? Thank you for any assistance Craig Theodore Craig Theodore
January 6, 20233 yr Commercial Member Hello, well, as it says in the shop, this is just a prototype. For the moment it has decided to not work anymore, because of changes in the MSFS scenery files that must have come with one of the latest SU/WUs I have the next iteration of a WAMA prototype using the new scenery API in MSFS. This seems to work, but it is painfully slow. The same scan takes about an hour on my PC now (i9-12900K, 64GByte RAM, NVMe drives), and I have a bad feeling about releasing this to the public. Everybody will think that it is broken. I am still looking for ways to not having to sift through the entire scenery database, instead maybe only load the airports that you are currently flying from/to. If you want, send an email to the support address with your proof of purchase, then you can try it. LORBY-SI
