msfa where are my aircraft gates?

Featured Replies

I have used wama for years on p3dv4 and was happy to see it updated for msfs 2020. I use it primarily for gate reservations  on arrival. I tried scanning for gates, it's completed instantly and no gates are in the database. Am I doing something wrong? MSFS is on it's own ssd drive, could that be it? Thank you for any assistance

Hello,

well, as it says in the shop, this is just a prototype. For the moment it has decided to not work anymore, because of changes in the MSFS scenery files that must have come with one of the latest SU/WUs

I have the next iteration of a WAMA prototype using the new scenery API in MSFS. This seems to work, but it is painfully slow. The same scan takes about an hour on my PC now (i9-12900K, 64GByte RAM, NVMe drives), and I have a bad feeling about releasing this to the public. Everybody will think that it is broken. I am still looking for ways to not having to sift through the entire scenery database, instead maybe only load the airports that you are currently flying from/to.

If you want, send an email to the support address with your proof of purchase, then you can try it.
