Any Advice on Airport afcads?

 I was wondering if anyone is aware of any utility that can change or modify FS2020 airport or afcad files? I want to manually choose what runways that is used for takeoff and landings like we were able to do with earlier versions of FS2020. (FS 2004 or FSX).

Thanks for any help mor suggestions.

you have asked a "deal breaker" question ...... look forward to any notes by others on how MSFS can be controlled (eg for downwinds)

Check out Jon Masterson’s Airport Design Editor.

I believe Jon is currently in alpha or beta testing for a version of ADE that works with MSFS2020. Check over at fsdeveloper.com for more details.
