January 9, 20233 yr Fresh install Win10, fresh install MSFS, fresh install LNM and I get this error when I try to connect to MSFS. "SimConnect not found. Missing the file "SimConnect.dll. Reinstall LNM or install FSX SP@ compatible version." Have tried reinstall. SimConnect.dll is in dll library. LNM also connects to MSFS initially to load scenery library.
January 9, 20233 yr Hello, i think you just need to install the VC++ redistribuable (simconnect uses those files and they are probably not present yet on your machine if you have a brand new installation). When the VC++ are not installed most programs will say that the simconnect.dll is missing even if, in reality, it's just a needed dependency of the simconnect.dll that is missing.
