Minimumoff-route altitude (MORA) grid not working

Recommended Posts

Hi, hope I am in the right forum for my question. I have Little Nav Map version 2.8.7 installed. Removed old installation. I download offline GLOBE Elevation according to instructions. Linked to the map with the files and "Directory and files are valid". As I did in previous version. But the button for "Show minimumoff-route altitude (MORA) grid on the map" is greyed out and does not work. I tried with differnet of map options but same. I normally use Open street map as before. In previous versions I had no problem with this. But now it is a pain and I tried in all ways but it does not work.

Anybody who can solve this?

There's a forum specifically for LNM here at Avsim where the developer and other users respond.

Hit the forums tab on Avsim home page and scroll way way down to the freeware section of forums.

MORA is not taken from the GLOBE data since MORA is official values from the navdata.

The MORA grid is not available when using "Do not use Navigraph Database" in the scenery library menu since navdata cannot be mixed.

I'm having the same issue after a clean install of LNM. I'm a Navigraph sub and I'm currently loading Cycle 2308 into LNM.

Any help is appreciated.

If you use the latest 2.8.12 LNM check if "Scenery Library" -> "Navigraph" is "Select Automatically". "Use Navigraph for Navaids and Procedures" should be selected an any case.
Also install the LNM navdata update using the Navigraph FMS Data Manager. Quit LNM before installing.
All is good if you see the latest cycle number in menu "Scenery Library".

Once this is done you can see en-route holdings, MORA, airport MSA and more. The respective buttons should be enabled.

That worked! Thank you Albar.

Unchecking "select Automatically" and manually checking "use Navigraph for navaids and procedures" worked.
