Android tablet Flight Planning program recommendations

Featured Replies

I am looking for a free or reasonably priced app for flight planning, flight map following, and flight plan upload to X-Plane 11.  I've tried FltPlan Go on my Android tablet and it works well, except there is apparently no way to upload the flight plan to X-Plane.  I have tried Pilot2ATC but it does not have an Android version.  I have tried SpaceDisk in conjunction with Pilot2ATC which works well, but still requires you to have Windows running in order to get Pilot2ATC on the tablet, limiting use to your local network.

Anyone have recommendations for an Android app which will do all of the above - map following, flight plane creation and upload to X-Plane 11, and reasonably priced or free?

Thanks much!

You could try

Plugin for 12 isn't quite ready yet (and is probably ending up payware).

The paid android app works without XP.

If there is specific functionality its missing, just ask, its still in dev so can always be scheduled. It supports opening XP .fms files (and also sending them over acars)
