[Solved] 2.8.8 and X-plane 12 load scenery

Looks like it LNavMap does not read default scenery.

Many default airports are not seen in map window and I can not create any flight because Not found msg

Use the latest LNM version. XP 12 is fully supported.

Otherwise I need more information.

I do have latest 2.8.8. Just downloaded it. How can I add a screen dump here?

In Load Scenery window I have selected "X-Plane 12" and in Base path the dir to XP 12

Is there some log file for loading scenery? I am a former (retired now) programmer/developer so tamper with files is nothing new to me.

Just did  a load again and it said that only 13 !! airports where loaded !!??

New place for Global Scenery is:

E:\X-Plane 12\Global Scenery\Global Airports

Log locations are described here:

But try first if "Reset Paths" in the load scenery library dialog helps. Check if the resulting path is the right one.

Do you use a scenery tools which uses links or Windows mapped drives? These are normally supported now.

Problem was me, sorry. Tested again now it loaded 37 682 airports.

I forgot I moved XP 12 to a new M2 drive.

We can close and forget this. LNM is working perfect

It was pointing to an old XP12 with all scenery deleted to save disk space

Perfect. This happens quite often. I have to check if LNM can provide better error message if the sim was moved.
