Anyone know if the checklist wheel is mappable on Visionjet?

Featured Replies

I fly exclusively in VR, and running the checklists is kind of a pain when the mouse cursor keeps disappearing if you aren't looking at what you're clicking. Anyone know if there's a spad.next mapping for at least clicking the checklist wheel that I could map?

Thanks!

I had the same question this week. You may have resolved your issue already, but for those who haven't, the answer is that you can set it up by:

  • Creating custom "Client Events" in Spad.next to map the H:events from the Vision Jet, by following the video below.
  • The specific H:events that you need for the checklist wheel and press are as follows:
  • H:checklist_scroll_down
    H:checklist_scroll_up
    H:checklist_checklist_select

I did solve it, but as it happens my motherboard conked out this week and took the drive MSFS was on with it. So I'd have needed to figure it out again. Thanks for saving me all that work once the sim redownloads!

Ha! Good timing, I guess. You're welcome (and sorry to hear about your motherboard)
