February 10, 20233 yr Hello, I have 2 RealSimGear GTN650s in my setup.(X Plane 11) Recently I had some issues with my internet router and I had to change it. Since then I get the "Invalid Licence...." message. I have already tried to re-install RXP, the RealSimGear plugin and also the Garmin Trainer app.(My licence is linked to my Flight1 account) None of these worked. I am not sure what else to try, so I might need some help please 🙂 Thanks!
February 10, 20233 yr Did you reinstall it from the Flight1 wrapper, or from the setup program that came from the wrapper? If your hardware changes significantly, you need to re-run the F1 wrapper program (the executable you downloaded with the red airplane icon) and click the Reinstall button instead of providing payment details, which should install a new, hardware-specific license file into the registry. Also, it may be necessary to run the F1 wrapper program as admin...not sure about that, but since it needs to write to the registry I'd imagine that may be necessary. February 10, 20233 yr Well, if re-running the installer as admin doesn't do it, I'd try uninstalling it, rebooting, and re-installing. Can't think of anything else here...time for the developer to step in.
