Why is there no rain splash effect on the cockpit glass? Is it the same with everyone else or is it just me?Thanks

how come it sporadically appears?? eg Feel theres erj 145 sometimes shows it in the 3d cabin.. rarely but it sometimes appears.. Makes you think a fix must be possible somewhere..
