March 25, 20233 yr Hello all. One thing that sometimes bugs me to no end is the flickering. At times it is utterly eye-cancer-inducing. Doing some google-fu I came across a thread at the org with a settings.txt 'hack' I decided to try. Sure enough. Way better (however at a slight FPS cost): Lots of shimmering and jagged textures - XP12: Rendering Options - FPS - Hardware Settings - X-Plane.Org Forum (the tip is by an individual called alian2000).
