Need help installing ENVTEX

Hi there, I have installed ENVSHADE and got it working in P3DV5 however when I try and install  ENVTEX for P3DV5. It runs the installer downloads an update for ENVSHADE and then never installs ENVTEX. 
 

Am I doing something wrong in trying to install it? Can anyone shed any light?

I'd try it the other way round. First Envtex, then Envshade. So uninstall Envshade and start again, this time with Envtex.

OS=WIN11 Home, Sim=P3D5 5.3 (P3D4 and FSX for install reasons)
Addons=ORBX, ASCA, AS, TOGA and tons of sceneries, aircraft
