I have a flight plan from AYWW to AYMM. The only option is to select a runway for departure and so I am starting with all set for departure.

How do I create a plan from parking off the runway in a cold and dark state when the runway in LNM does not show parking areas?

In MSFS? I haven't tried the slew mode, but from the starting position with the engines running I've just taxied off the side of the runway at some small airfields into the dirt or the grass, and then went into cold and dark to start my actual flight. As far as fuel and time go it won't make much difference, add a miniscule amount for the short taxi distance.

I totally understand but sometimes it is the little things that are unforeseen that make the most difference. Hang in there.
