I was watching YT Live from Heathrow & the LOT 737 Max 8, (SP-LVD),  landed with a livery I hadn't seen before.

Patriotic in theme, it made me wonder if this special livery would have been applied at Renton, or by custom painting somewhere else, & if so, where?
