June 1, 20233 yr I only fly GA in the sim and until recently always with the native live traffic. I never really gave much thought to the missing GA traffic until I stumbled upon a couple of GA traffic mods on .to. Both require that traffic is set to AI offline and both work great in terms of adding GA life to the smaller airports. Arrivals, departures and comms with ATC. Really nice to arrive in a pattern in my Arrow with a Cessna Skyhawk or 152 already there. I have experimented with the traffic density and noticed that if I spawn with AI offline trafffic to ON at say 50% density, then my FPS tanks and never recovers… If I spawn with AI offline traffic set to OFF and then switch it ON with 50% density, I get a relatively low FPS impact.
