Hidden Option for disabling light aircraft (1.81)

Recommended Posts

Hello Nico,

I'm still seeing a lot of light aircrafts (both Live and Static). Also, I'm just curious what constitute "light" aircraft.

<parameter name="RANDOM" value="true" />
    <parameter name="HIGH_PERF_AIRCRAFT" value="false" />
    <parameter name="LIGHT_AIRCRAFT" value="false" />
    <parameter name="HELICOPTERS" value="false" />
    <parameter name="ALWAYS_ON_TOP" value="false" />

That's a matter of definitions, I think what you see are small aircraft, one of these:

Do you want a hidden option to suppress smart?

Actually, I'd like to leave small section untouched as Dashes and Embraers are parts of commercial fleets, but I would prefer to have an ability to fully suppress planes from the second paragraph.

Yesterday I saw a flight ASP816 (CYYZ-KEWR) performed in reality by Embraer Legacy 450. However PSXT opted to select Air New Zealand Dash as a valid replacement. I have 4&4 levels for matching. Should I decrease it to 3?

And I do really think that from this line

    <sml types="C560,C56X,C650,C680,C68A,C700,C750,CL30,CL35,CL60,CRJ2,D228,D328,DH8A,DH8B,DH8C,DH8D,DHC7,E110,E120" />

That "    "C560,C56X,C650,C680,C68A,C700,C750,CL30,CL35,CL60,CRJ2,D228,D328/> should be separated from this ,DH8A,DH8B,DH8C,DH8D,DHC7,E110,E120"

It pretty much explains now why I saw ANZ DH8C as a replacement for one of CL* business jets

The list I gave  is the complete set of all smart aircraft types, not the similar definitions.

Although, at the moment every smart type can be replaced -in step 6 (always performed for light and smart) - by another smart type because people do not have that many types installed.

If somebody can come up with a few good similar types lines for the smart category, that would be welcomed.
