X-Plane Store PayPal doesn‘t work.

Hello, 

i tried to buy Felis 747 some days ago, but  i had to connect PayPal because i do not have a credit Card or anything. Everything normal. However you have to put in your Birth date and IBAN. I put it in but nothing happened.. The PayPal information was the same with my Account. I already bought 2x Planes on the store but a time ago i resetted my Pc and now it isn‘t working anymore. Has anyone encounterd the Problem? I am sure the IBAN is correct. I already conatacted the Support via E-Mail however, they‘re not responding. (Sorry for my English i am not the best but i hope you understand everything)

It's weekend. They'll probably ONLY answer tomorrow monday.
