DX10 GPS/COMM Window resize crashes

Using DX10, if I am running 2 monitors and open the GPS or comm stack and drag it to the second monitor - it is fine. If I try to RESIZE the window while on the second monitor, the window(GPS) goes black and the mouse cursor blinks...forever.
