Display of gate letter prefix with number

Featured Replies

Currently it seems one must always zoom in 100% to display letter prefixes for gates that have them. It would be helpful if the letter prefix could always be displayed with the number at any zoom level. Could an option be added to control this?

Nothing change in this regard recently. Did you reduce the detail level in menu "View" by any chance?

Showing the full parking names/numbers would clutter the map too much up.

EDIT: An example or screenshot would make sense and what simulator do you use?

I'm in MSFS. I've been visiting more unfamiliar airports and finding it a challenge to find where various terminals are that are being presented to me in GSX Pro when I ask for available gates to taxi to after arrival. The behavior does not matter which level of detail I select. Even at maximum map detail level 5, the terminal letter won't display with the gate number unless I zoom to 0.06 NM (100%). Here are a couple screenshots from LFPG. Can the letter with number be displayed without needing to display any other part of the name, so "Y2" rather than "Gate Y 2" so it will fit in the circles at the lower zoom level? Would be nice to have the option to display both gate letter and number at at least 0.2 NM zoom level which still has room inside the circles.
