Recommendation for upgrade from rift s

Hello,

I currently have the rift s and want to upgrade. My computer runs a 3080 and a 7950x3d with 32gb of ddr5 ram.

with so many options out there for be headsets, what do you professional BT users recommend? I don’t want to break the bank price wise. 500 bucks max. I was thinking the quest 2 but since the quest 3 came out, I’ve been interested in that.
