Is this software no longer supported?

Should we assume that this software is no longer supported? The last post I can find from the developer was over six months ago and most questions on this "official support forum" seem to be going unanswered.

The entire aviaworx / aviaServer is very much active and fully supported.

Are you having issues / difficulties that you need help with?

The only issue I have is the one I posted about in October, that post received no response. It was that along with the fact there appears to be numerous other questions posted on the forum over the past months that have had no replies which led me to suspect that it was no longer supported.
