Stream Deck suddenly stopped working with Sim

Hopefully a Stream Deck expert can help me out.   My Stream Deck XL was working just fine as of this morning.  Plugged in my new Plus Unit and it did not want to control anything in the Sim.  At this time, the XL unit was still working correctly.   Uninstalled and installed latest stream deck software and current Axisandohs program and stream Deck profile.  After doing this both units refuse to work.  Icons are displayed but for some reason not connecting to the sim.  Any help would be appreciated.
