no matching livery Since 5.3

Hi Guys and HappYNewYear l!

Since I installed PSXT 5.3 , I did not change anything and also still use same FSLTL liveries for matching.

But in log file shows can not find livery matching for EJU (easyjet) and TVF (Transavia) . 

It results of a lot white livery aircraft in airport like LFPO. 

Before I had all EASYJET and TRANSAVIA planes so do not understood.

Check your parameters.xml file to ensure that it's pointing to your liveries folder.

Due to a bug your parameters were not copied from PSXTraffic. You have to do that manually.

but the automatic livery is set and it found the 1913 liveries from FSLTL folder. 

And log file show for EASYJET and TRANSAVIA as TVF and EJU flight number NO MATCHING LIVERY FOUND.

That's because your parameters are probably not the same as in 5.2.

Again, post your Log.txt, pls.

OK thanks for help . I have Log.txt but also log0.txt and log00.txt I will copy here the first .

I have all FSLTL package liveries but unfortunetly no EASYJET and TRANSAVIA with PSXT as no matching.

Hi,

I see your problem. You are using FSLTL liveries and these liveries do not (always, or never?) have registration codes.

For example:

N41     : TVF18TF_  no livery match found

This entry in your airport file has probably a registration code, because it is based on a real live aircraft that parked over there.

PSXT maps that registration code (since 5.3 for TVF)  to airl=TRA opr=TVF, you will probably find that in your airport file too.

Hence it tries to match that with one of your liveries, but it does not find such a livery because your liveries have no registration code so the translation to TRA,TVF could not be made (see output\liveries_scanned),

With the AIG package you would not have this problem. I therefore recommend to install the AIG package, lots more models and liveries, and the same or even better fps.

Another option would be that I let PSXT search for a TVF,TVF livery if TRA,TVF does not work. That would solve your EFU and TVF problems. However, for airlines that operate for two or more airlines, for example some of the regional operators in the USA, it would lead to wrong matches.

Hence AIG is the way forward, or persuade the FSLTL creators to add a registration code (tail number) to their liveries,  or add the right registartion code your self for your EFU and TVF liveries (in the "atc-id=" field).

In the mean time I will look for solution in PSXT, if I can be sure the opr is only operating for a single airline, I could make the match.

So it meens something change in PSXT since 5.3 as I did not had this pb before only with EJU and TVF now.

I checked the atc id in FSLTL B738 TVF and EJU and it has TVF for francesoleil and EJU for Alpine. 

What could I manually change in aircraft.cfg to match ?

Yes, that what was I wrote: PSXT maps that registration code (since 5.3 for TVF)
