Starting again with AAO after a while, I´m wondering if it´s somehow now possible to select specific controller profiles in the way, that if e.g. the H160 is selected, the dedicated MSFS controller profile H160  will be automaticly in use?

AxisAndOhs has nothing whatsoever to do or in common with the MSFS controller profiles or assignments.

AFAIK these profiles cannot be pre-selected from the outside. That is in part why AAO has its own logic for handling Axis and Buttons.
