End Scenario Popup keep appearing?

Hi,

Following troubles I could not solve, I've just done a clean uninstall/reinstall of P3D v5.4.  I'm now back in P3D and all seemed fine until this ''End Scenario'' popup keeps appearing every few minutes.  I've never seen it before, and don't know how to stop it.  It makes the sim impossible to use.  Can anyone suggest a solution?

Thanks for your prompt reply.

 I found the above a little hard to understand, but checked all my buttons and axes in FUIPC.  Although I didn't find anything, the popups seem to have stopped.  I've restarted P3D twice, and there has been no repeat.
