Hi I installed Acceleration today, put in the activation code. It says it accepts it each time. Tried restarting FSX, tried rebooting the machine, then it asks for me to enter the activation code.This has happened around 5 times now.Any ideas where I should go about this.regardsNeville

I've looked into the Help About and it is still running in demo mode- so it can't be activating even though it says it does - any ideas?RegardsNeville

I would call the microsoft helpdesk. Sorry but no idea. There was someone else with the same problem, I don't know how he solved it. Have a look in this forum.Jan

Done thatThey have told me that all that can be done is to reinstall everything all over again, they think its just a matter of reinstalling three CD's, not even aware that there are Add-Ons. That's a day's work!Anybody got any ideas?Regards Neville

For future reference:OK fixed it, I used a clean boot with msconfig and then reactivated it and run as administrator. MUST be run as administrator if you have this error. That gets it through.regardsNeville
