Keeps restarting and planes disappear

Recommended Posts

I've just downloaded and installed PSTX. Starts up ok, detects my aircraft and departure airport, starts to inject traffic that I can see. Then I get a 'Server problems' message in the green bit at the bottom of the app, all traffic disappears and it restarts, re-injecting the traffic again. Happens over and over

Post the Log.txt file you will find in the installation folder of PSXT, please

EDIT: btw just to check, I assume you did install your RealTraffic license?

I've installed the license number into Realtraffic.lic (I opened it with notepad, copied the 21 character license code in). Here's the log:

As you can see there is something syntactically wrong with your RealTraffic.lic file. Did you enter the license in between the double quotes in the RealTraffic.lic file that is in your installation folder?, like this:

{"License":"fill in your license here","Name":"not relevant"}

btw: I'll generate an exception and let PSXT stop in the next version, that is more user friendly.

I copied the license into the double quotes and it worked, thank you.

The quick start guide says "buy a 24-day standard license for USD $9.99 (no automatic renewal)".

I assume I have to keep my license valid for PSXT to work?

Yes of course, you have to buy a new one after these 24 days. No automatic renewal is more user friendly, you cannot forget to cancel.

If you like PSXT, you better buy a license for a year, that's much cheaper.
