I'm currently building and developing a new VA with an in-house custom system and ACARS.

I have been pondering this question for a quite a while, and I would like to get input from the Flight Simulator Community here.

What do you look for a VA? - Example such as flexibility, flying just for one airline, or multiple airlines?

I'm all open for discussion as I'm curious on what Flight Simulators Community users are after when looking for a VA.
