March 8, 20242 yr Anyone know about this? I don't know what is encrypted and I do not want to break into their scenery, they are likely trying to protect it from being pirated...but is there a way to add these airports manually to LNM as airports...not just points? I want to make routes using them and then export to a .pln so it can be Loaded into MSFS. Below is the error that pops up on scenery scan of MSFS... ---------------------Result of Scenery Scan---------------------------- Found 46 notes in 46 scenery entries when loading the scenery database Some files or scenery directories could not be read properly due to encrypted airport data. Scenery Title: Steam Encrypted add-on "redwing-eddh35" found. Add-on might not show up correctly. Scenery Title: Steam Encrypted add-on "redwing-eddi35" found. Add-on might not show up correctly. ...
March 8, 20242 yr This is not an error message but merely a reminder. Quoting from the LNM FAQ: Quote A MSFS add-on does not show up after reloading the scenery library in Little Navmap ▲ 🔗 Encrypted add-on airports in MSFS cannot be read by Little Navmap. The add-on is locked down with a DRM (Digital Restriction Management) scheme if you find a file BGL.fsarchive in the add-on folders. Little Navmap will not show a new airport or only the stock airport if an add-on replaces a stock one. You can still use the stock airport shown in Little Navmap for flight planning but keep in mind that parking, taxiways or aprons might probably look different in the simulator. Buy add-ons directly from developers instead of the Microsoft market which enforces encryption. Alternatively you can also use and support freeware scenery. Sorry, nothing I can do about this.
