RD Presets LXGB Road Traffic on runway

I've got RD Presets LXGB (Gibraltar). Obviously the airport has an active road that crosses it. However, it constantly has road traffic crossing the runway. Is there any way to stop this?

Explained in the ReadMe.pdf which was installed in the same directory as the airport.
