Reading FPS Display

Can someone explain what the area I circle is? And how to get rid of it? I never seen it in any other display. Could it be something holding back msfs?

I'm wondering whether "Average block size" might refer to *network* block sizes ... which might be useful if tweaking the MTU in your network settings.

What is the MTU? I haven't touch the network settings at all. But I will look in to it. Thanks.

Of course - this could just be a total red herring, as I'm only guessing the Dev Mode block size is the same thing!
