May 5, 20242 yr I've bought a SOP1 and Animated FO for MSFS PMDG 737s. My PMDG 737-700 and 900 are from the PMDG website not the marketplace(I know marketplace version doesn't work) SOP1 works fine but Animated FO doesn't. When I give voice commands SOP1 recognizes and follow my exact order. But when I turn on the Animated FO instead of SOP1, I can't see my FO at all in my cockpit and my voice command doesn't work. I think speech recognize engine works fine because I saw the sentence what I said was on the panel of "Animated FO", but it doesn't react or follow my order at all. I tried re-install these softwares many times but nothing have changed. Do you have any idea what's the reason in this situation?
May 10, 20242 yr I'm having the same issue. I turned in a support ticket several weeks ago. They have not been able to figure it out. Edited May 10, 20242 yr by wombat62
May 13, 20242 yr It's fixed! I can't take the credit Bryan in support figured it out. He told me to do a clean install of the pmdg 737. So I did that and everything is working fine and it's really pretty cool too.
