June 9, 20241 yr Popout a Garmin to a window. Or open an overhead handle window, e.g. the "vfr map". Drag to another monitor. There is now 0 loss of f.p.s. None at all ! When did this change happen? There used to be a huge performance loss (unless your cpu had a graphics port out to run the other monitor). I just tried this on a bunch of different planes to verify. BTW, if you point to the new auxiliary window and ALT ENTER then the aux map or whatever will full screen but no change in the MSFS window.
