I had to install FS2Crew from new for my 737NGX I have all the released products purchased I am desperate because I go to the fs2crew site where I am registered and my products do not appear.
Please help me, I don't know what to do, I still use FSX.

I've installed it again but the following message appears:

FSCrew requires that service Pack 1C for your PMDG NGX 

please help me as i was working very well before
