July 5, 20241 yr I have been using the AUTO Ground Service mode, and when I get my flightplan from SinmBrief, both in the FMc and EFB and the Ground Ops start, fuel is never loaded, whreas the rest follows a consistent process with cargo, water supply, jetways ... and the progress bars show it "growing", but although the fuel truck can be seen at it's position the fuel never gets loaded 😕 I do not have GSX! Any hinst? Thx! (so... yes...
