ATR Axis condition not work

Hello, a problem:
I am using CHProducts FlightSimYoke.
In MSFS I have set:
Axis Propeller 1
Axis Propeller 2

Problem is now:
The levers only move between
100%OVRD and FTR.
I cannot reach the cutoff.
If I help with the mouse, the levers jump back to the FTR position.

Thanks for a tip on what is wrong here.
